Louis Vuitton Luggage For Darjeeling Limited

Director Wes Anderson's latest film, The Darjeeling Limited, revolves around three brothers' journey through India carrying their dead father's luggage designed by Marc Jacobs for Louis Vuitton reports ELLE. The monogrammed steamer trunks, duffels, and suitcases play an integral role in the film and were specially designed by Vuitton using aged calfskin, velvet lining, and a jungle pattern created by Anderson's brother, Eric. The brothers also wear Vuitton-designed suits throughout the film. The luggage is to be auctioned off, with proceeds going to UNICEF and the Rawal Mallinathji Foundation, a medical treatment charity in India chosen by Anderson-hardly excess baggage.
